Gym Location and Facilities

Since Moving to our new home at 26a Leda Drive the Strikeforce team have gone about creating a training environment to rival the best in Australia.
Located close to the beautiful Burleigh Heads beaches, the gym consists of a full size professional Boxing ring, a smaller training ring, a large bag frame with a wide assortment of bags, weights, excercise bikes, german press and a large open space with padded jigsaw matting.
There is also a fully stocked shop, with all your Muay Thai needs from Gloves, Wraps, Thai Liniment through to supporters shirts, videos & dvds, and drinks.

Fighters Class Mon-Fri 5pm to 7.30pm
Sparring Sat 4pm to 5.30pm
Kids Classes Mon and Wed 4.30pm to 5.15pm
Beginners Classes Tues and Thur 7.30pm to 8.30pm
Ladies Only Classes Mon and Wed 7.30pm to 8.30pm
