Well its February, Valentines is just round the corner and we all know what that leads to! That's right! It's War On The Shore time!
This brings up the 10th episode of one of Australias favourite fight series. And Mark and Mr C have been at it again and pulled another cracker card together!
Main event is perennial crowd favourite Ben "Pixie" Burton! After making a come back with a rusty performance against Andrew Keogh on WOTS9 he is starting to hit his stride again with a dominating performance against a Thai on Evolution and then backed it up with a another win in Hong Kong in January!

Fight 1 Sarah O'Connell Boonchu vs. Sylvia Schiavoni
Sylvia came out strong in the 1st but by the 2nd round Sarah was using her reach to advantage and gave Sylvia and 8 count as Sylvia kept turning her back to Sarah's punches. Sarah by UPD, good hard fight from the girls lots of heart.

Fight 2
Trent Bones SFG vs Kris Scharper Sidyodtong
This fight started out great both boys grappling very nicely big hard knees from both but in round one Kris got in one massive knee to the Trent's ribs breaking several and ending the fight.

Clinton Cork Vs Kenny Yeoung 67kg
Matrix Gym Sityodtong, Melbourne
Kenny very strong, both boys looking a little apprehensive at the start of the fight but warming up nicely, very even fight, Kenny having more power and damage, but perhaps Clinton doing a little bit more scoring with some nice boxing combinations, result split points to Kenny.

Kevin Lay Vs Michael Thompson 58kg

Great war both boys going hard for five rounds close fight of fast paced action like only the little guys can do, Kevin with dangerous hands and strong in the grapple throwing Michael several times, Michael very fast hands and kicks but Kevin taking UPD. One of the best fights of the night

Wayne Martin Vs Josh Byrnes 67kg

Wayne Martin has come along in leaps and bounds to become one of the top fighters at 67kgs, this was a great fight, heaps of elbows I think cutting Josh, Josh the aggressor in the beginning but Wayne getting more aggressive with every round just kept coming forward til the last second with knees and elbows, UPD to Wayne. One of the best fights of the night, props to Josh for showing goods beyond his 8 fights experience.
Matt McTavish Vs Australian Title Chris Petrie 61.5kg
Strikeforce Gym Mad X Gym
Awesome fight, took Matt a couple of rounds to warm up, the ref mistakenly giving Matt an 8 count for a low blow after the bell. But nevertheless this made Matt really fire in the last two rounds taking the fight and the Aussie title for the 2nd time by split points. One of the top fights of the night.

Evan Morris Vs Daniel Smyrk 70kg
Strikeforce Gym Sityodtong, Melbourne
Daniel the vice very strong in the grapple throwing Evan to the canvas several times, but Evan scoring with kicks and punches outside the grapple. Evan by split points decision.

Ben 'PIXIE' Burton Vs Clayton Collier 70kg

First round shaping up to be a great fight but Ben Pixie brought out his killer elbows in the 2nd round and ending the fight with one massive elbow slicing through Clayton's forehead spraying blood across the canvas. The second round started and as soon as Pixie landed a jab on the cut it opened up and the fight was called off.
