Well another entertaining night of fights put on by Paul Demicoli and Prophecy Promotions.
Brodie was the first of the SFG boys up. Brodie put on a strong performance moving well, working his angles to good effect and dominating Liam in the grapple.
In the end Brodie was just too strong and came away with the unanimous points decision.
Next over the ropes was Paddy Fahy. This was a battle of the big boys in the 90kg class. Paddy started out well, moving round the ring, stringing together his combinations nicely. Then about half way through the second Paddy started to unload with his big punch combinations scoring 2 knockdowns. To Josh's credit he kept getting up. Third round and Paddy scored another big knockdown which cemented the win.
In the semi main event Evan Morris took on local favourite "Nitro" Nick Barnes. Evan put on a clinical display of knee fighting for the full five rounds. Nick withstood a lot of punishment but kept coming back but Evan just proved too strong for a comfortable points win.
Once again thanks to Paul Demicoli and Prophecy promotions for an entertaining night of fights.
