Joe Hilton and the Sunshine Coast Thai Boxing Centre have stepped back up to the promoters plate with Supa Fight One being held on the 4th of August at the Lake Kawana Community centre.
SFG has 2 fighters in action on the night. Lucy James takes on Justine Keen from SCTBC and Judd Cornwall steps in against Ash Prendergast
Other fighters on the Card include Kris Bayntun, Heather O'Donnell and the return to centre ring of Kurt "The Killer" Finlayson.

Well it was a mixed bag for the SFG team at the Supa Fight 1. Judd was up first and started off well with his devastating leg sweeps. He put some nice combinations together and worked well in the grapple. Ash put up a strong fight with some tidy hand work, but it was Judd whose hand was raised at the end of the night.
Next up was Strikeforce's glamour girl Lucy James. In what was a contrasting battle of styles with Justin happy to throw big hand combinations while Lucy was content to knee and work in the grapple. It was a close affair with Justine gettinb the split points win however Lucy was far from disgraced after stepping up against a girl with 15 fights under her belt versus Lucy making just her third trip to centre ring.
All in all another great night of fights on the Sunshine Coast.
